About Shanna Gerhart
I moved to Texas with a backpack and a fresh start.
I grew up as an identical twin in Wisconsin, moved around a lot, and went to the University of Wisconsin to study finance. After college I hit a wall. I came to Dallas with the clothes on my back and a backpack. No money. Bad credit. Going through a divorce and managing a coffee shop to pay for diapers. That chapter was hard. But Texas had my mom, and Texas had a fresh start, and I took it.
15 Years in Real Estate Technology Before I Sold a Single Home
I spent the next 15 years in real estate technology, starting in account management, moving into leadership, then working as a product manager translating what clients needed into tools that actually worked.
I learned data, systems, and how to explain complicated things to people who just need a clear answer. Those skills did not leave when I got my real estate license.
I got licensed while pregnant with my third son because I knew corporate was not the finish line. It was the foundation.
Three Things I Will Never Compromise On
Serve First. My role is not to sell you something. It is to understand what you actually need and help you get there.
Lead with Honesty. If a house is not right for you I will tell you. If the price is off I will tell you. If the timing is wrong I will tell you. You deserve real answers, not comfortable ones.
Protect My Clients. From contract to close I am watching every detail, every deadline, every dollar.
I Know These Neighborhoods Because I Chose One
Today I live in Light Farms in Celina with my three boys. I chose this community intentionally: the trails, the schools, the way neighbors actually know each other.
I list homes in Celina and Prosper, and I represent buyers across Dallas and Fort Worth.
